Senior Software Engineer

Salary: $152,500 - 205,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least 6 years of professional software development experience in object-oriented languages such as Java and Go.
• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a closely related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• We look for experience leading small technical teams of 2 to 4 people in architecture and system design.
• We expect experience with payment systems, including credit cards and bank transfers.
• We need a strong grasp of RESTful API design and development principles.
• We value experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
• We require experience with SQL databases and schema design.
• We seek proven experience designing and deploying production-grade, scalable software.

• We extend our in-house blockchain infrastructure to support the tokenization of the world.
• We analyze requirements, procedures, and technical issues to enhance existing systems and implement necessary changes.
• We build and own scalable microservices that deliver reliable and secure APIs for transferring value and assets across blockchain and traditional banking protocols.
• We partner with Product and Engineering teams to design, test, and refine our features.
• We create and document system design procedures, testing approaches, and quality standards.
• We troubleshoot software and system failures to restore normal service.
• We develop public-facing APIs that simplify integration with complex payment systems.
• We integrate our Platform Services with leading banks and financial technology providers.
• We consult with management to align on system principles and technical direction.
• We build the infrastructure needed to deliver strong payment experiences, including data sources, messaging systems, and APIs.
