ESSENTIALDUTIES,RESPONSIBILITIESANDSKILLS LeadershipandManagement Recruit,hireandtrainpositive,enthusiasticemployees,ensuringexcellentcustomerservice.Develop,manageandassigntasksappropriatelytoensurethesiteisclean,adequatelystocked,organizeandwellkeptbasedonCompanystandards.Maintainaprofessionalandsupportiveimageamongsubordinatesandsupervisor.ScheduleemployeeswithinCompanyguidelinestomaximizecustomerserviceandmaintainsiteimage.Implementnon-discriminatoryrelatedmanagementskillswhilehiring,training,counseling,motivatingandseparatingemployees. SiteRelationships Developpositiveandprofessionalrelationshipswithallsuppliers.Promoteexcellentserviceandresolvecustomercomplaintsinatimely,professionalmanner.Promoteandensureasafe,positivepublicimagewithintheneighboringcommunity. TrainingandDevelopment Prepareon-goingandtimelyperformanceappraisalsinwritingforallemployees,providingproperperformancebasedfeedback.Trainallemployeesensuringthatcustomerservice,siteimageandmarketingexecutionmeetCompanystandards.Trainallemployeesonsafetyproceduresandpromotesafetyawareness. Communication Developwaysandmeanstoensurethatallemployeesreceivepropercommunicationinatimelymanner.Establishperiodicon-goingcommunicationmeetingswithallsiteemployeesandtheMarketManager. OrganizingandPlanning Evaluateanddevelopspecificactionplanstoaddresstheneedsofthesiteinordertoreachthedesiredobjectives.Organizeandmaintainallsitefilesandmanuals.Manageandsupervisestoreemployeestoensurethatallrequiredandrequestedreportsduearecompletedaccuratelyandtimely.Manageandsupervisestoreemployeestoensurethatallmerchandiseisstocked,attractivelydisplayedandpricedcorrectly.Ensurethatallrequiredemploymentrelatedpostersandsignsareinaplacethatiseasilyaccessibletoallemployees. Financial Analyzedailysalesandexpenseinformationandtakeappropriateactiontomaximizesalesandnetprofits.BudgetandforecastP&Llines,aswellasunderstandandmanagemerchandisemargins.Safeguardandaccountforallmoneyreceivedanddisbursed.Performallotherfinancialanalysisnecessarytomaximizesalesandnetprofits. WorkingConditions Performsapproximatelyallworkindoorsbutwillberequiredtoworkoutsideinordertocleanparkinglots,gaspumps,takeoutgarbage,etc.Beexposedtooccasionalcoldtemperatureextremeswhilesupervisingormanagingstoreemployeesperformingoccasionalworkinawalk-incoolerand/orfreezer.Beexposedtooccasionalnoise.Workwithaminimumofdirectionandsupervision.Atalltimesworkasaneffectivemanager,supervisorandleader.
