Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois School Psychologist License required
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary and middle school-aged children
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to assess student needs and design effective intervention plans
• Enthusiasm for promoting positive student outcomes and school community well-being

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify academic, behavioral, and emotional needs of students
• Develop and implement strategies to support student success and well-being
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to deliver comprehensive support
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and create clear, actionable reports
• Provide short-term counseling, crisis intervention, and guidance as needed
• Contribute to initiatives that foster safe, inclusive learning environments
