RN - OR Profession: Nursing Specialty: Agency Staff RN Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Registerred Nurse (RN) - State License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred Must-Have: Associate's Degree in Nursing required Bachelor's Degree in Science in Nursing to be obtained within specified timeframe for new hires Description:Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably, adhering to professional and legal standards.Demonstrates competency through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, and planning.Upholds standards of professional performance, including ethical practice and evidence-based research.Strives to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Education and experience should include successful completion of a competency-based orientation program.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.Must possess strong time management and organizational skills.Ability to make quality, independent decisions is required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.Ability to maintain strict confidentiality is crucial.Must be able to listen actively and engage in effective communication.Competency in the use of computer hardware and software systems is required.
