Within our Flooring Solutions division, the Artificial Grass & Needle Felt activity develops technical and decorative solutions in synthetic grass and needle felt for professional, sports, and industrial markets. Responsible for Sales North France (H/F)

Your Mission Attached to the Sales Director, you ensure commercial development and customer follow-up in the North of France. You develop new markets, retain existing customers, and contribute to achieving sales and margin objectives. Your main responsibilities:

• Develop and animate a client portfolio in your sector;
• Prospect new clients and identify market opportunities;
• Build lasting commercial relationships;
• Ensure the follow-up of offers, prices, orders, and disputes;
• Carry out competitive and market intelligence;
• Participate in trade shows and professional events;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (customer service, production, R&D, marketing).

Your Profile Higher commercial or marketing education; Minimum 5 years of experience in a field sales role; Experience in flooring, technical solutions, or industrial environments is appreciated; Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and a results-driven approach; Proficiency in French and professional level of English.
