We are looking for Baristas who share our values! The successful candidate will be someone who is looking for a career in hospitality and have open scheduling availability/flexibility to work at all locations in the Greater Seattle Area (Greenlake, Ballard, Capitol Hill, 2nd & Madison, and Denny Way). We are open 7 days a week with flexible shifts. Competitive Pay! Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Medical, Dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees (30+ hours/week) To apply, you must be available to: Be able to work between 32-40 hours per week minimum(Full time) Be able to work between 20-30 hours per week(Part-time) Be able to work within the shop hours of 5:00 am to 5:00 pm Be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (as needed) with mid-week days off Requirements You have the desire to help your location not only meet but beat sales goals while learning about and promoting organic foods You enjoy working in a family friendly environment and serving customers of all ages You have a great attitude and no job is too small including washing dishes, wiping down tables, sweeping, organizing the kids' table, etc. You have an eye for detail and what needs to be done without being asked You are passionate about providing excellent customer service including resolving guest issues and assisting with questions and concerns in a timely manner You are self-motivated, highly organized, and committed to quality and consistency You thrive in an eclectic environment with a company culture that involves interest in music, art, social causes, community, and conscientious food choices.
