Maintenance Lead TechnicianThe Maintenance Lead Technician would be responsible for general upkeep and repair in various communities in the Central Florida Area. The role would be assisting Community Association Managers assess or complete maintenance and improvement projects.Responsibilities:Complete maintenance tasks and projects, traveling between multiple worksites each day.Provide feedback on other areas of improvement throughout the communities visitedProvide estimates for work requestedComplete approved projects in a safe and timely mannerAttend all mandatory individual and team meetings.Work Conditions:Works in both indoor and outdoor environments.Regular exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, dust, noise, and weather conditions.Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders, and reaching overhead.Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and heavier loads with assistance or equipment.Use of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and maintenance machinery.Exposure to electrical systems, mechanical equipment, chemicals, and cleaning agents while following safety protocols.Requirements:Bilingual (English / Spanish)Valid US driver's licenseClean background / NO FeloniesMust be able to work at least 40 hours a weekMust be able to lift at least 45 lbsAt least 3 years handyman experience Must have experience with Drywall Power washing Painting Grout Replacing doors CaulkingThe schedule is Mon-Friday 9a-5pBenefits: PTO 401K Health/Dental/Life InsurancePay: Hourly starting at $19.00-based on experience
