We’re currently looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our evening nursing team. What You’ll Do Lead and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care and excellent service. Make rounds and ensure policies, procedures, and regulatory standards are being followed. Oversee medication administration and respond to emergencies with confidence and professionalism. Communicate with physicians, families, and leadership regarding resident needs and changes in condition. Assign staff appropriately and ensure adequate coverage throughout the shift. Assist with care planning, assessments, and implementation of resident-centered care. Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting accountability and teamwork. Help identify opportunities for improvement and assist with implementing solutions. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for residents and employees. Promote a culture of hospitality, dignity, and respect in every interaction. What Makes You a Great Fit Current RN license in the State of North Carolina. Minimum of two years of nursing experience. Previous geriatric experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to remain calm and confident in emergency situations.
