Throughout our growth, weve never lost sight of our true missionto be a community asset by serving others and enriching lives./ph3Essential Responsibilities:/h3ulliContact leads in a timely manner/liliGather information from insured and other sources to determine which companies to quote and place account with appropriate carrier/liliComplete Acord or company specific applications/liliObtain quotes or assist marketing in obtaining quotes from underwriter personnel quoting in our office/liliPresent proposals to insureds/liliVerify that all policies are bound with insurance companies in writing prior to or on the effective date of the policy/liliAssist with financing options and determine pay plan/liliCheck new business policies for accuracy/liliContact insured as needed for collecting outstanding balances according to office procedures and maintain a current balance on all insureds accounts/liliWork with the customer service representative to insure that all renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, claims, finance agreements, certificates and other customer requests are handled in an accurate and timely manner according to the office procedures/liliKeep P C license active and increase insurance knowledge by attending continuing education classes/liliAttend office and company meetings as necessary/liliHandle other duties as necessary/liliObeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/li/ulh3Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:/h3ulliCurrent P C license/liliExcellence in dealing with customers/liliProfessional appearance and attitude/liliStrong people/interpersonal skills/liliKnowledge of insurance forms/liliKnowledge in insurance company operations/liliStrong decision making ability/liliDependability and punctuality/li/ulh3Desired Skills and Competencies:/h3ulliCIC or CPCU designation/liliInsurance company relationships/liliOther industry relationships/liliStrong community relationships and areas of interest to complement insurance competency/liliAbility to find new markets and develop underwriter rapport/li/ulpCompensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year/ppIf youre looking for a career that offers flexibility, job stability, strong compensation, and more, then youve come to the right place!
