Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician

Overview Desert Valley Medical Group (DVMG) is affiliated with Desert Valley Hospital and provides a wide range of services, including heart care, emergency, labor & delivery, and surgical services. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and community impact. Responsibilities Work in Pulmonary and Critical Care; 50% pulmonary, 50% critical care. Schedule Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM, with 1-2 weekends per month. Collaborate with Internal Medicine Residency, US and foreign medical students. Manage an ICU with 18 beds; daily patient volumes: Inpatient 15–20, Outpatient 12–15. Utilize productivity bonus framework based on collections. Receive sign‑on bonus and relocation reimbursement. Position located in Victorville, CA (approx. 45 min from Rancho Cucamonga & Ontario). Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited institution. Compensation and Benefits Starting base salary of $350,000 (negotiable). Additional compensation includes: Productivity bonus based on collections. Sign‑on bonus and relocation reimbursement. Health insurance (EPO/HMO at no cost to provider). 401(k) retirement plan. CME allowance. Paid time off (PTO).
