Construction Project Manager

This Project Manager role is responsible for managing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout , ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet owner expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage daily project activities, progress, costs, and subcontractor performance.
• Participate in preconstruction, bidding, contracts, and negotiations .
• Review RFIs, submittals, schedules, pay applications, and project documentation .
• Lead weekly OAC (Owner/Architect/Contractor) meetings .
• Manage relationships and expectations with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare monthly billings and financial reports and maintain project profitability.
• Coordinate with the Superintendent to meet project completion dates.
• Manage project closeout and ensure all requirements are completed.
• Mentor and train Assistant Project Managers and junior staff .
• Visit job sites at least twice per week .

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Science or equivalent .
• Strong construction project management experience.
• Knowledge of contracts, budgets, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and subcontractor management .
• Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining project profitability.
