Senior SMT Process Engineer: High-Volume PCB Assembly & NPI
Neros
Neros is seeking an SMT Process Engineer to define and control processes in a fast-paced, high-volume PCB assembly environment. You will provide front-line support to technicians, reduce scrap, and implement CAPA. The role will own NPI, equipment programming, process development, and provide DFM feedback to the Design Engineering team to enable smooth scaling from prototype to high-volume production.
