As a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), you will be responsible for providing quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Location 900 E Cavanaugh Rd, Lansing, MI 48910 Schedule Monday 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM Tuesday7:45 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday7:45 AM - 5:00 PM Our Dedicated Team Includes Two CO-Office Managers Three FT Registered Dental Hygienist (a few temps on call) Three FT Dental Assistants Additional Information PMS Denticon Time allotted for procedures NP - 80 minutes SRP per quad - 80 minutes Prophy - 60 minutes Average # of patients per day 8 Morning Huddle 7:45 AM Insurances accepted Delta, Cigna, Guardian, Medicare/Medicaid Requirements Registered Dental Hygienist in the state of Michigan Anesthetic Certificationpreferred but not required Sterilization protocols to OSHA regulations CPR CertificationComputer efficiency- charting and scheduling Focus on periodontal and oral health and overall patient systemic health Ability to build lasting relationships with teammates and patients Delivery of an exceptional patient experience Integrity-focused work ethic Team-player attitude Ability to multi-task Open-minded to new systems/techniques, direction and feedback Full-Time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage, as well as access to a variety of voluntary benefits.
