NaBeX Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides in Carson, CA. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential support and care to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. This role requires empathy, reliability, and a strong commitment to the well-being of others.
Looking for dedicated caregivers to start immediately.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and errands to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhere to care plans and follow all company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy towards clients.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
- Must pass background checks and any required certifications.
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and perform household tasks.
- Competitive pay of $20.00 per hour, paid weekly.
