Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients in a challenging and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, empathy, and strong clinical skills while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The position entails delivering patient-centered care and supporting the healthcare team in managing patient needs.

This position is located in a healthcare facility in City, State. There are also opportunities available at multiple locations within the region.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and health management.
• Participate in training and mentoring of junior staff and nursing students in a supportive manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring adherence to infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
