ResponsibilitiesEngage with local residents and businesses to understand their unique protection needs.
Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to connect with prospective clients in New Haven.
Guide individuals and families through the process of selecting coverage that fits their specific life circumstances.
Maintain regular check-ins with current policyholders to ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives evolve.
Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and contribute to our local agency culture.
Document client interactions accurately to maintain a high standard of service and compliance.
RequirementsActive Connecticut Property and Casualty insurance license.
At least two years of experience in direct insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
Strong comfort level with public speaking and lead generation activities.
Deep familiarity with the local New Haven community and business landscape.
Experience using modern CRM systems to manage a sales pipeline.
Genuine curiosity for helping others protect their future.
