Training : Coach and mentor to become BBQ virtuosos. Accountability : Lead by example and keep everyone on track. Guest Delight : Deliver mouth‑watering experiences that leave guests craving more. Complaint Resolution : Transform any complaint into a success story. Administrative : Master behind‑the‑scenes duties. Financial : Understand how operations impact the bottom line. Minimum Qualifications Food Manager Certification & TABC Certification or the ability to acquire them. Attend shifts according to schedule and in proper uniform Stand for 10–12 hours and handle 65‑lb items safely Follow instructions and perform duties accurately and efficiently Good hearing for accurate communication Multi‑task effectively Complete Smokey Mo’s BBQ Manager Training Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Email) Coach, develop, and delegate to a team Compensation Details Annual salary 50,000–60,000.
