This position will support a wide variety of projects including performing air quality dispersion modeling, preparing air permit applications, conducting regulatory applicability, preparing air emissions inventories and regulatory compliance reports.Responsibilities:Conduct air quality dispersion modelingPerform emission calculationsDetermine state and federal regulation applicabilityPrepare air dispersion modeling protocols and modeling reports, air quality regulatory compliance reportsCommunicating with clients, local and state authorities as appropriate.Assist with preparation of major and minor source permit applications for submittal to various state agenciesSupport preparation of proposalsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental/Chemical/Civil EngineeringKnowledge and understanding of state and federal air quality regulationsMinimum 2 years’ experience in air quality modeling and permitting projectsKnowledge or experience with Air Dispersion ModelingSpecific knowledge of general air permitting process: NSR, Title V, NSPS, PSD, BACTExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate and work effectively in a team settingCandidate is expected to have excellent attention to detail and completenessMust be able to perform multiple tasks with firm deadlines, sometimes deadlines could be simultaneousQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental/Chemical/Civil EngineeringKnowledge and understanding of state and federal air quality regulationsMinimum 2 years’ experience in air quality modeling and permitting projectsKnowledge or experience with Air Dispersion ModelingSpecific knowledge of general air permitting process: NSR, Title V, NSPS, PSD, BACTExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate and work effectively in a team settingCandidate is expected to have excellent attention to detail and completenessMust be able to perform multiple tasks with firm deadlines, sometimes deadlines could be simultaneous #J-18808-Ljbffr Weaver-Consultants-Group
