Position Title: Registered Nurse Department: Outpatient Care Center Status: .5 (20 hours per week) Schedule: Day shift - flex start time - earliest start is 5:30 am As a Registered Nurse you will provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for adolescent through aging patients under going cancer treatment and/or hospital based procedures. Key accountabilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice; management of pain, symptoms associated with treatment and illness, and quality of life adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA; and active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.
