We are looking for a Social Media Brand Ambassador & Field Coordinator who is energetic, organized, professional, and genuinely enjoys being out in the community.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can move seamlessly between creating great social media content and making sure the details behind our listings, events, and office run smoothly.

You will be a visible representative of the Team Thiel brand—interacting with clients, vendors, agents, homeowners, and members of the community while helping us create an exceptional experience both online and in person.

This will be a great fit if you love the idea of having a job where every day is different.

One day you might be filming a beautiful listing in McLean, the next capturing an open house, dropping supplies at a property, creating a DC neighborhood Reel, setting up a client event, and then editing and posting content back at the office.

You should enjoy being out in the community, meeting people, creating things, solving problems, and keeping things moving.

You are not afraid to jump in and help wherever needed.

Compensation:

$30 hourly

Responsibilities: Social Media & Content Creation

You will be responsible for helping Team Thiel consistently capture and publish engaging, professional content.

Content creation may include:

• Traveling to properties to capture photos and video content

• Creating Reels, Stories, Shorts, TikToks, and other social content

• Capturing listing walkthroughs, property features, neighborhood content, open houses, closings, client experiences, team activities, and community events

• Going “on location” around Northern Virginia and DC to capture local lifestyle and real estate content

• Capturing behind-the-scenes content at the Team Thiel office

• Comfortable filming agents, clients, vendors, and community members in a professional and natural way

• Editing videos using Edits and other appropriate editing tools

• Writing captions and selecting appropriate hashtags/topics

Posting consistently across:

• Instagram

• Facebook

• YouTube

• TikTok

• LinkedIn

• Monitoring comments and messages and engaging with followers

• Proactively interacting with relevant local accounts and community content

• Helping grow Team Thiel’s audience, reach, engagement, and brand awareness

• Tracking social media performance and identifying what content is working

• Bringing new ideas and trends to the team

The goal isn’t simply to “post on social media.” The goal is to create content that gets people to stop scrolling, builds trust in Team Thiel, showcases our expertise and personality, and ultimately generates real business.

Field Coordination & Listing Support

You will also serve as Team Thiel’s boots-on-the-ground field coordinator , helping ensure our listings and events are presented professionally and that our agents have what they need.

Responsibilities may include:

Listing & Property Support

• Install, remove, and change real estate signs

• Install and retrieve lockboxes

• Place and collect street directional signs

• Quality-check properties before showings and open houses

• Walk through homes to make sure they are properly prepared and presented

• Turn on lights, adjust blinds, straighten rooms, and address minor presentation issues as appropriate

• Prepare homes for open houses

• Deliver and collect supplies from properties

• Restock listing supplies and marketing materials

• Pick up and deliver items as needed for listings

Office Support

• Keep office supplies organized and stocked

• Refill supplies as needed

• Organize marketing materials and other team resources

• Help maintain a clean, organized, professional office environment

• Prepare mailings and marketing pieces

• Assemble and distribute client and marketing materials

Events

• Help prepare for Team Thiel client events, open houses, and community events

• Set up tables, signage, supplies, décor, and promotional materials

• Greet clients and guests

• Help check people in and keep events organized

• Capture social media content during events

• Help troubleshoot and keep events running smoothly

• Tear down and organize supplies after events

• Assist with post-event mailings or follow-up materials

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is:

• Highly proficient with social media , especially Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn

• Comfortable using Edits for video editing

• Naturally comfortable behind and in front of the camera

• Confident capturing video of people, homes, neighborhoods, and events

• Able to make people feel comfortable and natural while being filmed

• Professional, polished, friendly, and cheerful

• Extremely organized and dependable

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Detail-oriented—you notice when something is crooked, missing, messy, or needs attention

• Comfortable being “on the go” throughout the day

• A strong communicator

• Comfortable interacting with clients, homeowners, agents, vendors, and members of the public

• Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told every next step

• Able to represent Team Thiel’s brand and values professionally at all times

• Interested in real estate, marketing, content creation, and/or the local community

Bonus Qualifications

• Real estate license or interest in obtaining one

• Previous real estate experience

• Experience creating content for a business or personal brand

• Experience with video editing

• Photography or videography experience

• Familiarity with Northern Virginia and Washington, DC

• Experience coordinating events
