SIJS Attorney Needed - Miami, Florida

We are seeking to associate with an experienced Florida SIJS attorney to assist with two pending SIJS matters in the Miami area . Case Stage All supporting documentation has been prepared and submitted Cases are in the final phase , requiring court hearings and SIJS findings/orders Scope of Work Drafting SIJS proposed orders Requesting and securing court findings Ensuring compliance with Florida juvenile court requirements Requirements Prior SIJS experience strongly preferred Ability to act promptly due to client time sensitivity Compensation Flat fee or hourly (to be discussed) Please respond with your experience, availability, and preferred compensation structure.
