What Youll Do

• Climb and prune large shade trees and ornamentals using proper practices.
• Perform tree removals, cable bracing, and other specialized tree care techniques.
• Safely operate chainsaws, various equipment, and aerial lifts (bucket trucks).
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality client service.
• Apply and adhere to industry safety standards in all aspects of tree care.

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience with proper pruning practices for large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree/shrub species and their characteristics.
• Proficiency in climbing without spurs.
• Strong knowledge of tree care safety standards.
• Hands-on experience operating chainsaws and related equipment.
• Experience operating aerial lifts (bucket trucks).
• Valid U.S. drivers license (CDL is a plus).
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
• Physical ability to climb, work at heights, and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
