Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid Special Education Educator Certificate
• Previous experience in an elementary school setting highly desired
• Comfortable working across varying caseloads (resource, self-contained, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and tailor instruction for individualized student needs
• Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Instruct and support students in both resource and self-contained classrooms
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and related service providers
• Monitor student progress, maintaining accurate and confidential records
• Employ a variety of instructional strategies to ensure every student’s success
• Participate in IEP meetings, team planning, and school-wide initiatives
