Front Office Manager

Grow with us... Responsibilities The front office is the heart of every single one of our hotels. The Front Office Manager supervises the team that greets guests, attends to their requests, and introduces them to the brand. The role requires analytical thinking, problem solving, self‑assuredness, and the ability to get along with everyone. The Front Office Manager is accountable for enhancing the stay of every single guest through strong leadership, guest and team member engagement, and financial performance. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience working in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably within an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment. Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus. Advanced knowledge of front office operations. Strong leader with a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
