Clinical LPN for Pain Management

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pain Management ClinicSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (no nights, no call, no weekends)Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Pain Management team in a clinical and procedure-based setting. This role works closely with one physician and two nurse practitioners to support patient care, procedures, and daily clinic operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist physician and nurse practitioners with patient care and in-office proceduresPrepare patients for exams and procedures; maintain proper room setup and sterile techniquePerform urine drug screenings (UDS) per protocolRoom patients, obtain vital signs, and document accurately in the EMR (Athena)Administer medications and injections as directedCall patients with results, instructions, and follow-up informationSchedule patient appointments and assist with care coordinationProvide patient education, including post-procedure instructionsMaintain exam/procedure rooms and ensure supplies are stockedSupport efficient clinic flow and teamwork across departmentsQualificationsActive LPN license in the state of FloridaExperience in pain management, orthopedics, or procedure-based clinic preferred; willing to train the right candidateStrong clinical and organizational skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and patient care skillsWork EnvironmentClinical and procedure-based settingCollaborative team (1 Physician, 2 Nurse Practitioners)Predictable weekday schedule (no nights, weekends, or call)BenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k)PTO accrualHoliday payEmployee uniform voucherMileage Reimbursement to satellite clinics
