Director, M&A Integration - Remote Onboarding Leader

Aperture LLC seeks a Director of M&A Integration to own the onboarding for each firm joining Aperture, from LOI through the first 180 days and beyond. You will lead cross-functional teams, design the onboarding playbook, and report milestones to leadership and sponsors. This hands-on role requires strong deal execution, excellent communication with founders, and regular collaboration with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Marketing.
