Key Responsibilities Drive sales and build relationships by hitting sales targets and exceeding expectations. Become a vision expert by offering tailored advice and recommending eyewear solutions that fit each customer’s lifestyle and preferences. Collaborate with teammates and leadership to maintain a positive, supportive environment where everyone contributes to success. Create a welcoming store atmosphere by keeping the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. Strong sales savvy and communication skills to engage customers and drive sales. Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented, comfortable using technology to enhance customer experience.
