Senior Implementation Project Manager

Position Summary Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact software implementation projects for global enterprise customers. Responsible for driving successful deployment, adoption, and measurable outcomes of DTN’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Results-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions in a fast‑paced, matrixed SaaS environment. Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of customer implementation projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables are met. Establish and manage project governance structures, including steering committees, risk management processes, and escalation paths. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, including executive sponsors, communicating status, risks, and milestones. Facilitate discovery and requirements sessions to align DTN’s SaaS and RaaS solutions with customer goals and measurable outcomes. Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to ensure seamless delivery. Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and drive momentum from onboarding through go‑live and early adoption. Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies, playbooks, and value realization frameworks. Qualifications 7+ years managing customer‑facing SaaS implementation projects, ideally with outcomes‑based or RaaS delivery models. Proven track record delivering complex software implementations on time and within budget. Strong executive presence and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders. Deep understanding of project governance, risk management, and SaaS delivery methodologies. Experience aligning solution capabilities to customer business needs, KPIs, and success criteria. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar). Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, or similar) preferred. Willingness to travel up to 40% (including international travel). Benefits Targeted hiring base pay range: $84,500 – $113,000; pay‑for‑performance opportunities.
