We are currently seeking a Software Development Specialist Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and manage Microservices-based architecture for scalable and high-performance systems.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external services.
- Deploy, monitor, and support applications on AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA, and frontend teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and troubleshooting production issues.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Follow best practices for software development, CI/CD, and cloud-native application design.

Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java development.
- Good experience with Spring Boot framework.
- Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Experience in developing REST APIs and backend services.
- Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL/NoSQL.
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Exposure to monitoring and logging tools.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud security, scalability, and cost optimization.
