Contract (13-week or 18-week options available) | Nights | 4×12-hour shifts | 19:00-07:00 | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care/Stepdown unit setting during night shift hours
• Utilize Epic EMR for all charting and documentation
• Float within the unit cluster or to other units within the hospital system as directed, including High Risk Respiratory assignments, based on skill set and census needs
• Perform and maintain competency in cardiac telemetry monitoring and EKG/dysrhythmia interpretation
• Maintain availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday throughout the contract period

• Active RN license in any U.S. state or valid compact RN license (license must be obtained and active prior to contract start date)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must successfully pass an online EKG/Telemetry competency assessment prior to assignment start
• Lab work and EKG/Dysrhythmia exam must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing
• Must be comfortable floating within the hospital or to nearby system facilities with no restrictions
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Prior experience in a Progressive Care, IMC, PCU, or Stepdown unit setting
• Experience with high-acuity respiratory patient populations
• Familiarity with travel nursing expectations including flexible scheduling and floating

• Flexible contract length options (13 or 18 weeks) offer the ability to plan your travel assignment around your schedule
• Up to 24 hours of orientation modules are billable, supporting a smooth transition into the role
