Property ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 225-unit residential property. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to residents while ensuring the property maintains high occupancy rates and operates efficiently and smoothly.Oversee all aspects of property operations for a 225-unit residential communityManage resident relations including lease agreements, move-ins/move-outs, and addressing resident concernsSupervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendor servicesConduct regular property inspections to maintain quality standardsProcess rental applications and handle lease renewalsOversee rent collection and maintain financial recordsDevelop and implement marketing strategies to minimize vacanciesPrepare and manage property budgetsEnsure compliance with all housing laws and regulations3+ years of property management experience, preferably in multi-family residential settingsProficiency in Yardi property management softwareStrong communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulationsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesProblem-solving skills with attention to detailProfessional demeanor and leadership qualitiesSalary range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually (based on experience)Quarterly performance-based bonus opportunitiesStandard hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMMust be flexible to accommodate occasional after-hours emergencies or special events as neededHealth insurance - Medical, Dental, VisionPaid time off401(k) retirement planProfessional development opportunitiesWe manage 4,000 units across 7 states, fostering vibrant communities and providing exceptional service.
