Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at You're Next Psychiatric Services, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and creating tailored treatment plans based on each individual's unique challenges.

• Delivering high-quality therapy sessions that may include individual therapy and couples counseling, employing evidence-based techniques to foster personal growth and healing.

• Collaborating with colleagues through regular staff meetings and one-on-one supervision to share best practices and ensure the highest standard of care is maintained.

• Tracking client progress towards therapeutic goals and making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies as needed.

• Providing teletherapy options for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer virtual sessions for convenience.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development and staying current with clinical methodologies and treatment innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on assisting both adults and children, including adolescents, through their mental health journeys. By applying your expertise in one-on-one and couple’s therapy settings, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through crises, chronic illness, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Full licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of New York.
