Pharmacist - Clinical

We are seeking a qualified Pharmacist to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in a hospital setting. Key Responsibilities Include Verifying medication orders, dispensing pharmaceuticals, and ensuring medication safety through chart review, patient counseling, and dose adjustments. Delivering clinical consultations with evidence-based information and collaborating with healthcare teams to promote safe, cost-effective pharmacotherapy. Overseeing medication dispensing processes and supervising pharmacy technicians and interns. Precepting pharmacy students and residents, supporting educational development. Maintaining a constant focus on safety and compliance with regulations. Qualifications And Skills Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D or Bachelor of Pharmacy) from an accredited institution. Current pharmacist licensure in applicable states. Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and repetitive movements, along with proficiency in electronic medical records and data entry. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of employment. Additional Information Role involves variable shifts, working in a safety-conscious environment.
