You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure learning solutions align with business needs and production goals.As a Senior Learning Specialist, you will:Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions using modern learning methodsFacilitate hands-on training for manufacturing teams with a focus on safety and qualityPlan and manage training programs, including scheduling and stakeholder communicationAdapt learning approaches to meet different learning styles and encourage participationCollaborate with subject matter experts to curate and develop relevant training contentMaintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy and consistencySupport continuous improvement of training programs and organizational initiativesUp to 10% travel annually within the US and internationallyEducation and ExperienceTo help us tackle the technical challenges we face, you will need experience working on high-tech products and with complex processes.As Senior Learning Specialist, you will need:Bachelor’s degree in adult education, human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience4+ years of experience as a trainer, educator, or learning facilitatorExperience delivering training to adult learners in professional environmentsExperience supporting training in a technical or engineering environment preferredStrong written and verbal English communication skillsFamiliarity with digital learning tools and learning management systems is a plusSkillsWorking at the cutting edge of tech, you will always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way do that.
