Casual Phlebotomist
$17.75 - $25.92 per hourLabcorp
Labcorp seeks a casual phlebotomist for its Cincinnati location to perform blood collections, specimen processing, and patient service across variable schedules including weekends. The role involves venipuncture techniques, data entry, and administrative duties across multiple sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
- Enter patient information and process billing and payments accurately
- Prepare specimens for testing and maintain information logs
- Provide customer service and travel to additional sites when required
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
- Three or more months phlebotomy experience
- Ability to pass color blindness screening
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work variable hours and overtime
Compensation: $17.75 - $25.92 per hour
