Exciting Opportunity for LPN in Long-Term Care!

Job Description:


- Join our dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of patients!
- Position: LPN for Long-Term Care (LTC)
- Schedule:
- Minimum every other weekend
- Flexibility to adjust schedule based on unit needs
- No call or self-scheduling, but the option to pick up shifts
- Holiday Commitment:
- Work 2 out of the 4 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Year's Day
- Requirements:
- AHA BLS certification (attach any additional certifications)
- Previous experience in Long-Term Care
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- LPN duties include covering CNA responsibilities as needed
- New York state license required (or proof of application)
- Please note that NY licensing can take 6-8 weeks; this will be factored into start dates/offers
- Additional Information:
- Orientation: Bi-weekly sessions on Mondays
- No block scheduling available
- Employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
- Must provide detailed work history (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.)
- Important:
- This area is not serviced by public transportation; reliable transportation is essential
- Personal or rental vehicle is strongly recommended
