Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end infrastructure service delivery across Connectivity/Network, Security, Compute and Data Center towers.
• Ensure achievement of agreed SLAs, KPIs, availability and service-quality commitments.
• Govern enterprise Compute services, including x86 infrastructure, Windows/Unix servers, virtualization, storage and backup/recovery.
• Oversee Data Center service delivery, ensuring operational stability, availability, resilience and effective coordination across infrastructure towers.
• Provide delivery governance for LAN/WAN, enterprise connectivity and Network services, coordinating technical teams during service degradation and outages.
• Coordinate infrastructure security activities, including operational risks, vulnerabilities, remediation tracking and security-related incidents.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure Service Delivery / Infrastructure Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Compute, Windows/Unix Servers, x86 Hardware, Virtualization and Data Center operations.
• Experience with Storage/SAN, Backup & Recovery and infrastructure monitoring.
• Good understanding of enterprise Networking/Connectivity and infrastructure Security services.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change and Service Level Management.
• Experience managing complex infrastructure environments and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong customer management, stakeholder communication, governance and escalation-management capabilities.
• Ability to translate technical infrastructure issues into service and business impact.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and decision-making skills.
