Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure competitive terms for our policyholders.

Mentor junior team members by sharing insights on industry best practices and effective sales techniques.

Represent The Atlantic District within the Salisbury community to foster local trust and visibility.

Maryland Property & Casualty insurance producer license.

Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales or client advisory roles.

Strong track record of managing and retaining a diverse book of business.

Expertise in navigating complex policy coverage and risk assessment.

Proficiency in industry-standard agency management systems.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.

Deep familiarity with the Salisbury and Eastern Shore local business landscape.
