Experienced Commercial Asphalt Estimator

Responsibilities Fully understand the project scope and requirements by studying documentation, meeting with clients, and visiting relevant locations Collect necessary documentation such as plans, drawings, and project specifications Reading and engaging with blueprints and other Scope of Work plans Create and submit estimates to project managers Requirements Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field Previous experience as a Commercial Asphalt Estimator Ability to forecast building costs and knowledge of estimation formulas Strong mathematical and analytical skills Skilled in relevant software (BlueBook, etc) Excellent research, writing, and negotiation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
