Client Services Representative

Helmwood Veterinary Clinic is a General Practice Facility, seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team. Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferred but not required. The ideal new team member we are looking for is self-motivated, a quick thinker, able to multi-task efficiently, and has excellent communication skills and compassion. Is this you? Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Multi-line phone system management Email, text and voice-mail management Service excellence to address needs of clients and clinic staff Appointment scheduling and management Excellent client communication Patient check in & check out Manage cash, check and credit card payments from clients Client education & services Qualifications Experience providing superb professional and personable client services A minimum of 1 year working in customer services is requested Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office ad Outlook experience preferred) Attention to detail Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks confidently, calmly and professionally Interpersonal skills working in a team environment If you’re interested in joining our team, please apply.
