Job Description

Accucare Nursing and Home Care is hiring nurses for 1:1 positions in various counties.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing care in patient homes.
• Manage patients such as a 9‑year‑old with G‑Tube, feeding complications, asthma, and developmental delay.
• Flexible scheduling; full‑time, part‑time, or per diem shifts available.
• Complete nursing notes within 24 hours of shift.

Requirements

• NYS nursing licensure required.
• Computer literate.
• Complete onboarding before training.
• Malpractice insurance required.

Compensation

• $45 per hour.
• Differential pay based on education, experience, certifications, and high‑need areas.
