Inc. N7 Undergraduate Internship

About the Role The N7 Intern will join Nike's N7 team, which works to empower Native American and Indigenous youth through sport. The role is part of the NIKE, Inc. Summer Internship Program and involves contributing to high-priority business initiatives that align with Nike's strategic roadmap. With guidance from senior leaders and experienced managers, the intern will take ownership of a scoped project designed to drive impact. The intern will help launch, communicate, evaluate, and deliver projects that advance the N7 mission and deepen community engagement. Key Responsibilities Contribute to high-priority, real business initiatives aligned with the NIKE, Inc. strategic roadmap. Take ownership of a scoped project with guidance from senior leaders and experienced managers. Launch, communicate, evaluate, and deliver projects that advance the N7 mission. Schedule, budget, and organise materials for assigned projects. Manage communications between internal teammates and stakeholders. Support meetings with partners. Follow up on assigned tasks and help ensure project success. Present work and insights to N7 stakeholders at the end of the internship to help shape future strategy and deepen community engagement. Contribute directly to team goals while developing skills and fostering effective collaboration. Required Experience & Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or co-term master's degree programme with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028. Background in business administration or a related field. Passion for the N7 brand and sports in general. Understanding and knowledge of Native and Indigenous communities. Exceptional written and verbal communication, with strong presentation and planning capabilities. Established leader with a track record of successfully guiding teams and projects, demonstrating initiative, meticulous execution, and a strong focus on achieving outcomes. Skilled in navigating ambiguity and collaborating effectively within team environments. Passionate about learning and growth, with experience and interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with digital and social media marketing tools. Preferred Skills Volunteer experience in community settings. Enthusiasm for Nike, the N7 mission, and community involvement. Workplace In-person at the NIKE, Inc. Philip H. Knight Campus in Beaverton, OR. Salary Paid internship.
