ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruiting for a growing, multi-location service organization. This role is responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting efforts across field operations, customer-facing positions, leadership, and corporate functions while partnering closely with operational leaders to build high-performing teams. This is a hands-on recruiting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the urgency of field hiring, and enjoys building recruiting strategies that go beyond simply posting jobs. How Success is Measured Critical positions are filled quickly with high-quality talent Strong pipelines are built for skilled field and operational roles Hiring managers view Talent Acquisition as a trusted business partner Recruiting processes are efficient, organized, and scalable Recruiting metrics, reporting, and pipeline visibility are consistently maintained Candidates receive a professional, engaging hiring experience from start to finish A preview of your role: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for field operations, customer service, leadership, and corporate positions Source, screen, interview, coordinate, and manage candidates through offer acceptance and onboarding Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while balancing changing business priorities Build Talent Pipelines Develop proactive pipelines for skilled field employees and other critical business roles Utilize a variety of sourcing strategies including referrals, networking, community partnerships, trade organizations, local events, social recruiting, and online platforms Create recruiting strategies that reduce reliance on reactive hiring Partner with Business Leaders Collaborate closely with operational and department leaders to understand workforce needs Provide market insights, hiring recommendations, and recruiting updates Establish strong relationships built on communication, accountability, and follow-through Improve Recruiting Operations Maintain recruiting workflows and candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System Recommend process improvements that increase hiring efficiency and enhance the candidate experience Ensure recruiting practices remain consistent across multiple locations Measure & Drive Results Monitor recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for continuous improvement Bring solutions and ideas that strengthen the overall recruiting function What You Bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience Demonstrated success recruiting for skilled trades, field service, technician-based, construction, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, utilities, or other operational workforces Experience supporting high-volume hiring across multiple locations Proven ability to manage 15–25+ active requisitions in a fast-paced environment Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build talent pipelines—not simply fill open positions Excellent relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ability to prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of service for hiring managers and candidates Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting organizations with large hourly or field-based workforces Experience recruiting technicians, installers, operations, customer service, sales, or leadership roles Experience supporting multi-location operations Knowledge of recruiting metrics and workforce planning Experience improving recruiting processes and hiring workflows Why You'll Enjoy This Role This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a growing organization by helping attract the talent that fuels business success.
