Job Summary and Responsibilities

As an Otolaryngology Physician with Mercy Medical Group, you will join a distinguished multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region, directly impacting patient health at our Carmichael, California clinic. This shareholder-track opportunity empowers you to apply your broad training and comprehensive expertise across all facets of Otolaryngology, contributing to a high-quality, patient-centered medical environment within a leading healthcare system.

Every day you will diagnose and treat a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, utilizing your full scope of practice to provide exceptional care to our diverse patient population. You will manage both routine and complex ENT cases, collaborating with a robust network of over 500 healthcare providers to ensure integrated patient management. This role offers the chance to build a thriving practice within a reputable organization that supports physician growth and patient outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will be a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist, bringing strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering comprehensive ENT services. We offer the following incentives to eligible new hires:

• A highly competitive guaranteed salary ranging from $545,000 - $555,000 /year annually (with a two-year guarantee to shareholder status) DOE

Job Requirements

Required:

• Medical degree from an accredited school
• Completion of residency in Otolaryngology
• BE/BC California medical license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team
• Dedication to providing high-quality patient care
