Delivery Planning Manager

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Science/Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing production planning, order management, or a related role, including at least 2 years of team management experience. Experience with OEMs, project management, or automotive component commercial operations is preferred.
3. Familiarity with production processes in the lithium battery or automotive manufacturing industries; proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, WMS).
4. Strong capabilities in customer communication, negotiation, and working under pressure; excellent organizational and coordination skills with the ability to lead a team independently; ability to make rapid, sound judgments and adjustments regarding production anomalies and urgent orders.
5. Fluent in English, with the ability to handle professional and daily tasks proficiently in English. 1. Responsible for the daily management, task allocation, guidance, and performance monitoring of the production planning team.

Lead the factory-level review of customer orders; formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly production plans and delivery strategies by integrating corporate strategy, sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory status. Flexibly adjust production schedules in response to contingencies—such as production anomalies, fluctuations in material supply, or urgent rush orders—to ensure overall production delivery targets are met. 3. Participate in routine customer meetings and specifically handle reporting related to production planning. Conduct regular customer visits to track material consumption, promptly identify issues, and optimize production plans accordingly. 4. Lead communication and coordination with customers if production delivery fails to meet requirements; mobilize internal resources to formulate and implement remedial plans.
