Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials, products, and equipment throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers safely and accurately.
• Transport raw materials to production areas and finished goods to designated storage locations.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Ensure materials are stored and stacked according to company guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, including warehouse and staging areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with production, shipping, and receiving teams to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and material handling procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and RF scanners is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands.

Schedule:

• 2nd: 3:00PM-11:30PM
• 3rd: 11:00PM-7:30AM

Pay: $17.50/hr
