Element Care is seeking an Activities Specialist to join our PACE team and support participants through meaningful recreational and wellness programs. $16.83 - $23.08 per hour Full-Time Great Work-Life Balance & Excellent Benefits What You'll Do Plan and lead individual and group activities Conduct participant assessments and document care plans Support wellness and recreational programming Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings Assist with special events, calendars, newsletters, and reports Provide activities in the center and participant homes as needed Qualifications High School Diploma required (Associate's Degree or Activities Director Certification preferred) 2+ years of experience working with the geriatric population Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, EMR) Reliable vehicle and ability to travel between locations Team-oriented, creative, and enthusiastic Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Retirement Plan Supplemental Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
