Responsibilities
- Provide RN First Assist duties for cardiac procedures, including chest exposure, vessel closure, and vein harvesting for CABG
- Independently harvest veins for CABG when required
- Assist with DaVinci robotic cases when needed (preferred but not required)
- Scrub and circulate complex cardiac cases (CABG, structural heart, minimally invasive valve procedures)
- Support heart transplant cases and other advanced cardiac procedures, collaborating closely with the surgical team

Requirements
- New York State RN license (active)
- CNOR certification
- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
- Minimum 2 years of cardiac RNFA experience
- Telemetry competency
- Ability to work in a high-acuity cardiac surgery setting during a 12-hour shift

Education
- Active RN license in New York; CNOR certification; BLS and ACLS certifications
