Requirements and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or GED.

- Prior office experience, preferably in the construction industry.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Excel.

- Ability to perform basic administrative and clerical tasks (filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and typing).

- Strong phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone systems.

- Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Ability to remain composed in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

- A positive, enthusiastic, and respectful attitude.

Responsibilities:

- Provide prompt and friendly customer support.

- Communicate customer needs effectively to staff members.

- Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.

- Manage office inventory, including placing orders and restocking supplies.

- Ensure compliance with all office and company policies.

- Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area.

- Maintain workplace security by following established visitor and staff procedures.
