About the Role:

Join HURLEY HOME CARE SERVICES LLC as a Caregiver/CNA in Torrance, CA, where you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, ensuring comfort and support in every interaction.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Assist with daily living activities and mobility support.

Monitor and document patient health and well-being.

Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Support clients with meal preparation and nutrition needs.

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.

Requirements:

Current CNA certification or equivalent experience in caregiving.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.

Experience with elderly or disabled clients preferred.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Basic understanding of medical terminology and caregiving practices.

Must pass background checks and health screenings.
